Rotifier under the microscope. I chose this picture of an example of microscopic photography because we have tried to take pictures of this same organism at work with our iPhones to send to someone over email. It would be a good thing to know how to do this is my business. It comes up more often than one would think.
FYI - A rotifier is an organisms that lives naturally in wastewater and is an indication of older sludge. It is good to have a mixture of organisms in the wastewater sludge because the better your "bugs" the better your plant runs.
